Hi there!
Standard form is ax + by = c.
Now, we just need to simplify the equation enough so that we can get the answer:
y = -2/9x + 2
2/9x + y = 2
Since 2/9x + y = 2 is in standard form, it'd be the answer.
Hope this helps!
