The simplified expression would be
34x+-7. hope this helps

Pick out the like terms. 6x^2 (which equals 36x), 11x, 2x^2 (which equals 4x), -17x.
36+11+4= 51, -17=
34x
-3+-4=
-7
The simplified expression would be
34x+-7.
(This could be wrong though, I'm sorry if it is ^^)
