Russia's longest railroad line runs from Moscow to Vladivostok.
The Trans-Siberian railroad is the longest single rail system in Russia. The construction of the railroad began in 1891 and it was wholly finished in 1916. The train runs from Moscow to east of Vladivostok or to the port station of Nakhodka.
