The social code of Mexico which is Political Constitution of the United Mexican states is the current constitution of Mexico and approved during Constitutional Congress during February 1917.

Some of the most significant provisions are Articles 3, 27, and 123;

These articles show deep changes in Mexican political viewpoint that helped edge the political and social backdrop for Mexico in the 20th century. Achieved at controlling and restricting the Roman Catholic Church in Mexico, Article 3 recognized the basis for a free, obligatory, and secular education. Article 27 laid the substance for land reforms; and Article 123 was outlined to equip the labor sector, which had materialized in the late 19th century and which reinforced the winning faction of the Mexican Revolution.
