My uncle thinks he can lose weight through exercise alone. He refuses to improve his diet, maintaining that anyone who criticize his diet of meat, potatoes, and apple pie is not to be trusted .find the verb that does NOT agree with its subject.

Hello!

The verb that does not agree with its subject is criticize. In its current form, criticize goes with a plural subject (ex: They just criticize.). The subject here - anyone - is singular, therefore the correct form is criticizes, not criticize.
