y-yo = m (x-xo)
m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
A line of best fit crosses the y-axis at 10 and passes through the point 6 and 4
m = (4-10) / (6-0)
m = -1
(xo, yo) = (6, 4)
The line is:
y-4 = -1 (x-6)
