Shadow problems are usually solved with a proportion.
.. oak/(oak's shadow) = joey/(joey's shadow)
.. oak/(12 ft) = (6 ft)/(5 ft)
.. oak = (12 ft)*(6/5) = 14.4 ft . . . . . . . matches selection B
