3x+2y= -8
multiply by 3 to,x-y= -1
so u will get,
3x+2y= -8
-3x+3y=+3,eliminating both of them you will get,
5y= -5
y = -1
by applying the value of y,
3x+2*-1= -8
3x - 2= -8
3x= -5
x = -5/3
