To find out how many dresses she can sew in one hour, divide the fraction of the dress she makes by the number of hours it takes for her to make the dress.

\sf(4)/(7)/(3)/(4)

When dividing fractions we flip the one we're dividing by and multiply:

\sf(4)/(7)*(4)/(3)

Multiply the numerators and denominators together:

\boxed{\sf(16)/(21)}

So she sews 16/21 of a dress in one hour.
