The answer would be a hexagon.
A vertice is simple a corner of a shape. A triangle has 3 corners, so it has three vertices. A hexagon has 6 corners, so it had 6 vertices!

Well, a triangle has 3 vertices, and 3 + 3 would be 6 vertices. So it is a hexagon.
