Answer:

I think that the answer is:

Option D, Both are designed to help protect computers from viruses, while Interactive Media would focus more on research and maintenance.

Step-by-step explanation:

It makes the most sense in my opinion. I'll also try to confirm on whether or not the answer really is D by attaching a screenshot as soon as I'm done with the unit test.

Update: I tried to see what answers I got wrong after completing the unit test but I wasn't able to. I still think that this is the best answer but please let me know if I'm wrong.

The best answer is (D) Both are designed to help protect computers from viruses, while Interactive Media would focus more on research and maintenance.

Interactive media pathways deal with the creation of multimedia products such as websites for schools, business, and organizations. On the other hand, network career paths deal with design, installation and network maintenance.
If we decided to choose option A, then it would be wrong to say network career paths deal with creation of website.
If we chose B, it would be wrong to say both are designed to help employees with computer problems because this one belongs to another career path called Information Support and Services.
If we chose C, it would be wrong to say both are designed to create new software. This belongs to Programming and Software Development.
Therefore, the best answer would be D
