The equation from which heat can be calculated is represented as:

q=mc\Delta T

Where, q=Heat (J)

m=mass of aluminium(g)

Delta T=Change in temperature(⁰C)

c=specific heat (J/g ⁰C)

Here ,

m=mass of aluminium(g)=0.3 g

Delta T=Change in temperature(⁰C)=150-30⁰C=120⁰C

c=0.9J/gC

Putting all the values in the above equation,

q=mc\Delta T

q=0.3×0.9×120

q=32.4 J

So, heat required will be 32.4 J.
