The answer is A. Notice that the origin (0,0) of the old graph is moved to (-6,1) on the new graph. The graph has been moved 6 units left and 1 unit up. So the new graph is f(x)=\cbrt(x+6)+1, where x+6 accounts for the horizontal translation and +1 accounts for the vertical translation.
