Answer: Upside down and to the right 3 units

First, we have the leading coefficient being changed from positive to negative. This will make the graph upside down, reflected over the x-axis.

Second, the variable x is having 3 subtracted from it. This will cause the entire graph to be translated 3 units to the right.
