1. Density is the mass of a substance divided by its volume. D= m/v 2.
To measure the volume of an irregular object you can fill a container with water and submerge the item. You would then measure the volume of water that was displaced by the obect.
3. D = m/v so m = 10.00 grams and v = 15.625 cm3 D= 10.00 grams/15.625 cm3 = 0.64 g/cm3
