The answer is pink-collar job. This is a worker who is working in a job that is conventionally measured to be women's work. The word pink-collar worker was used to know female-orientated jobs from the blue-collar worker, an employee in manual labor, and the white-collar worker, an expert or sophisticated worker in office ranks.
