Do you know any trigonometry? I'll solve this as you do.

Sin(60) = slant height / hypotenuse (corner height)
corner height = 8 meters.
Sin(60) = slant height / 8
8 sin(60) = slant height
8 * 0.8660 = slant height
6.928
