Water is traveling up a tree carrying nutrients. Use the water cycle to explain how the water later becomes groundwater

After the water is lost from the plant due to transpiration, it will then become water vapor through evaporation, and as water is polar, the tiny droplets of water inside the vapor will pull together and be condensed which is the process of condensation, after which the mass of condensed vapor would be too dense to be in the air, so it would cause precipitation or rain and as the rain hits the ground it would seep underneath the dirt and become groundwater.

The tree was like "Nah get out of me water!". Then the water was like "Fine I'll go. Never likes trees anyways!". Then the tree pooped out the water and the water seeped into the ground saying, "BYE BYE YOU RUDE TREE!". Then the ground was like, "I like this dude.".
