Visiting a college campus can be extremely motivating. On campus everyone is driven toward better their future and becoming contributing members of society. Students really create a great environment to excite your own drive for success and desire to learn. You can explore all the different buildings on campus and consider where you might like to study, live, eat and hang out. Some colleges have really cool common areas where you can relax and meet up with friends or catch up on your reading, as a visitor you can try out these areas too.
Another interesting reason to visit a college to is learn who the alumni are (or people who graduated for that college are) . Often times you'll recognize some of the most famous alumni and it's interesting to see where these people got their start, learned their skills, and even where they ate their lunches! You really can have a lot of fun, get motivated, and gain some real life experience on a college visit.
