Since he completes 10 minutes each day for five days, he completes 50 minutes.
The percentage of his total requirement would be 50/100 = 0.5 =
50%
.

He writes 10 minutes a day.
After 5 days, he writes for 50 minutes because
10 x 5 = 50
50 is 1/2 of 100. He has done 1/2 of his requirement.
