For the answer to the question above, I believe the answer is Hamburger. Though I myself like burgers. They contain beef meat that is rich in protein which is needed in building muscle. It does not contain macromolecules unlike the rest of the choices.

Potatoes do not have simple carbohydrates that give quick energy (potatoes are rich in starch which are complex carbohydrates) but potatoes do not also have enough protein needed to build muscles. Bread is rich in simple carbohydrates but are not rich in protein. Broccoli, on the other hand, is a calorie-poor food but contains more than adequate vitamins and other important micronutrients.
