Answer:

A physically fit person has an immune system which is far stronger than the immune system of the low level of physical fitness and so therefore is able to stand and fight against diseases.

One is also able to work harder for longer periods of time than the one with low physical fitness.

2.One can live a physically active lifestyle to improve their academic performance when one eats lots of fruits and vegetables and always stays hydrated.

This can also be achieved when one allows the body to have the maximum rest length of at least 8 hours.

3.There is not a day assigned to undergo medical screening and so that is why it is recommended by the doctors and other physicians to do it at least once in a while to check if everything is healthy in the body.

4.Hyperthermia occurs when the body's heat regulation mechanism does not function well due to prolonged exposure to heat or humidity weather while Dehydration occurs when the body loses excess amount of water.
