Imago dei or 'the image of God' is "the Christian comprehension of people as made in the image of God offers poise and respect on each individual, paying little heed to social, mental or physical status" (Shelly and Miller, 2006). It is a philosophical term that applies just to people and has its foundations in the scriptural book of Genesis. Realizing that another person is made in the picture of God is one viewpoint that drives medicinal services laborers to need to look after a wiped out individual and give the diminishing a serene demise.
