hey there!:
Molar mass H2O = 18.02 g/mol
Δ
H vap = 40.7 kj/mol
energy = ( mass ) / ( molar mas H2O ) * ΔH vap
energy = ( 27.9 / 18.02 ) * 40.7
energy = 1.54827 * 40.7
energy = 63.09 Kj
