Is it under APA? If so, it is incorrect.

According to APA you have to use the following structure:

Last name, F. M.(year, month). Article Title. Magazine Title, volume(issue), x-y.

Where:

F: First name, M: Middle Name, x: initial page, y: final page.

For instance (fictional example):

Zambon, J. (2005,December). Why people love soccer so much. Newsweek, 200. 100-105.

Last, F. M. (Year, Month Published). Article title. Magazine Title, volume(issue), pp. Page(s).
