Tendonitis is caused by overuse of joint. It is reserved for tendon injuries whereby it involves larger scale which has acute injuries and inflammation accompanies them.

Some of the symptoms of tendonitis include, pains or aches, joint stiffness, redness and heat which are accompanied by swelling, visible knots can be seen which surrounds the joint. Where there is tendon around the whole joint there is burning which is felt.
