All other state powers are reserved by the 10th Amendment - “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Answer:

The constitution specifically lists powers that belong to the states in the Tenth Amendment.

  • "The mighty power not envoy to the United States by the Constitution even not restricted it to the states are saved to the people or of the state."
  • The powers are not given to the national government by the constitution are reserved to the people or state.
  • In a different speech, states have all powers not contributed to the federal government by the Constitution.
  • states must take responsibility for these areas such as:
  1. Setting up local governments such as counties and municipalities.
  2. Raising funds to support their activities.
  3. Ownership of property.
  4. Education of locals.
