This question is a bit easy - I'm gonna let you pick BUT I'm going to help you out!!
First Amendment - Freedom of press/religion/assemble/speech/and petition the government. (So not the first amendment right? :) )
Fourth Amendment - Prohibits Unreasonable arrests and searches.(Close..)
Fifth Amendment - Provides the rights of Persons Accused of a Crime. (Ding Ding!)
Ninth Amendment - States People have other rights that are not addressed in the constitution (nope)
