I believe the answer is Wernicke's Aphasia
Wernicke's aphasia refers to a damage in the cortex of dominant temporal lobe that would cause a certain level of impairment on language production.
In most cases, Wernicke's Aphasia happened due to cranial impact that tend to happen among older people.
