sine of angle is opposite side over hypotenuse
cosine of an angle is adjacent side over hypotenuse.

sin(A) = 16/34
= 8/17

cos(A) = 30/34
= 15/17

tan(A) = 16/30
= 8/15

sin(C) = 16/34
= 8/17

cos(C) = 30/34
= 15/17

tan(C) = 30/16
= 15/8
