Why is this in history? Just curious.
The first number is n
The one next to it is n+1
n + n+1 = 143 Combine the n s.
2n + 1 = 143 Subtract 1
2n = 143 - 1
2n = 142 Divide by 2
n = 71
The two numbers are 71 and 72 <<<<====
