if you vape a 0 mg nicotine-free e-juice, is vaping still harmful in any way, shape or form? this is really stupid btw

Yes, inhaling anything other that natural things in the air is harmful to your lungs in one way or another. it is certainly much better than a cigarette, but still harmful.

yes it is still harmful though it may just be water it still is water which is something your lungs don't want (have you ever had a family member or someone vape if so did they cough) your lungs try to push out that water
