Circumference is the roundabout measure of a circle. To find this, you need to use the equation listed in the bottom right-hand corner. R is your given radius (1) and instead of using the usual estimated number value for pi (3.14) you will use 3.

Multiply 2(1)(3) = 6

6 is the value of your circumference.

The diagram shows you the radius of the circle is 1. It also tells you the value to use for π is 3. After you put these values in the formula, the rest is just arithmetic.
.. C = 2*π*r
.. C = 2*3*1
.. C = 6
