Answer: Explained

Step-by-step explanation:

Describe a time when you did something and then you felt really guilty about it. What made you feel guilty and what did you do about that feeling?

When I was younger, my friend and I got into a fight. I got so angry, and I ended up saying some hurtful things that I won't repeat now. I had a mix of emotions afterwards, primally guilt and sadness. Luckily for me, I did manage to apologize, and I earned the level of trust back.

Did you change your actions after you felt guilty, or did you just decide to keep it to yourself?

I did apologize and I did do my best to fix the damage I cause. I wouldn't have been okay with myself if I never solved the situation.

Do you think guilt can cause physical or mental side effects? Explain your answer.

I believe more than anything that guilt can cause both physical and mental side effects. A strong case of guilt can keep you up at night, causing you to lose sleep. The guilt can replay in your head over and over and distract you from your responsibilities. It's never a good idea to hold on to guilt because of how damaging it may be.
