Hello!

So, the diameter of a circle is the length from one side to the direct opposite (see picture).

The distance from the center rotational point of the wheel to any point on the edge of the circle is called its radius.

To find the radius, take the diameter and divide it by 2. (also shown in the picture).

Therefore, the distance from the center of the ferris wheel to one cart is
38/2 = 19 meters
