a) 2 1/3 = 7/3
7/3 / 1/4 = 7/3 x 4/1 = 28/3 = 9 and 1/3

b) 4 2/5 = 22/5
1 1/5 = 6/5
22/5 / 6/5 = 22/5 x 5/6 = 110/30 = 3 and 2/3
