4x + 11y = 148
7x + 5y = 145
multiply first equation by 7 and second by -4:-
28x + 77y = 1036
-28x - 20y = -580 Adding:-
0 + 57y = 456
y = 456 / 57 = 8
Cost of a student ticket = $8 Answer
