The Center for Investigating Healthy Minds is found within the campus of the University of Wisconsin, wherein they conduct rigorous scientific researches on healthy elements or factors of a human mind, which includes the aspect of being kind, forgiving, compassionate and being mindful. The scientific research is aimed at bringing new insights and tools to improve the well-being of people regardless of their background and age. The center investigates the science of emotions, contemplative practices and qualities of mind, i.e., attention, kindness, compassion, gratitude, resilience.
