The answer is true. The expression "actual malice invokes pictures of defendants bring forth malicious plots to hurt the offended party, a detestable reason for existing isn't required to demonstrate actual malice. Or maybe, actual malice happens when: The defendant distributes an announcement about the offended party he knows is false; or The defendant distributes an announcement about the offended party with foolhardy negligence for whether it is false or genuine.
