To find the perimeter, you add up all of the side lengths:

50.5 + 9.2 = 59.7
59.7 * 2 = 119.4

The perimeter is 119.4 meters.

To find the area, you multiply the length and width together:

50.5 * 9.2 = 464.6

The area is 464.6 meters squared.
