Be it work, business, relationship, etc.
things don't always go as planned so you need to be able to adapt to changes. If you are not flexible in conversations you will be unable to adapt to a change in plans.

Answer:

Flexible conversation, in addition to embracing new ideas, seeks allies for successful implementation of these ideas.

Step-by-step explanation:

The word flexible refers to something malleable, easy to handle. Having competence put flexibility into a conversation means being open to new ideas and able to respond promptly to change. Flexibility, coupled with initiative, promotes innovation in methods, processes, solutions and products.

Happiness, prosperity, and success do not combine with rigidity. The more rigid a conversation, the greater its suffering. Flexibility is a characteristic of well-rested people. It is one of the best survival strategies in life. Being flexible is a powerful differential in the quest for communication.
