1. I believe the answer is:The daily balance
The daily balance method is calculated by summing each day’s balance multiplied by the daily rate.
This means that the timing of payment would influence the amount of financial charge that you must pay (it would be more expensive as it got closer to the end of the month)

2. You need to consider:
- Whether you have enough cash to pay for the product and avoid service charges
- Whether your credit card company offer some sort of perks for the purchase
- Whether you really need the product so it wouldn't become uneccesary financial burden for you

3. The factors are:
- The fees that imposed by the credit card.
- The amount of discount that the credit card companies offer to your most visited stores
- The availability of your cash (you need to limit your consumption so you could use the credit card as little as possible)
- Credit limit, which would determine the amount of credit you could use within a month.

4. You can obtain a credit card by sending application to the credit card issuer and filling up some personal information.
The issuer would later evaluate your financial background in order to determine the level of your risk.If you pass, your application would be accepted and you would receive your credit card in no time.
