You would take the number outside of the parentheses and multiply it to the numbers inside. The answer would be
15-9x+30y-18z

Since you can't simplify or combine any of the values inside the parenthesis, you'd use the distribution property to solve this:
15 - 9x + 30y - 18z
This would be the most simplified form.
