I do know that Russia is one of the answers because the Russians sold it to the USA right before lots of riches in mines in Alaska.
I also know that the USA will be in the correct answer too because we own it currently.
The answer will include Russia, the USA, and one other country however I'm not exactly sure what the other one is.
