the correct question in the attached figure
we have that
x + 4 = x²
step 1
raise to ^(1/2) both members
(x+4)^(1/2)=(x²)
^(1/2)
(+-)√(x+4)=x
but remember that x>0
then
√(x+4)=x
the answer is the option C
