possible combinations are 2 + 4 , 3 + 3 1 + 5 for sum 6and 2+6 , 3+5 and 4+4 for sum 8
Prob( sum is 6) = 1/36 + 1/36 + 1/36 = 3/36 = 1/12
Prob( sum is 8 ) = 1/12 also
Prob( sum is 6 or 8) = 1/12 + 1/12 = 1/6
