i believe the answer is: b. there are people who receive benefits from the medical use of marijuana and should be allowed to access it even without medical consent.
The concept of equity in this context would require us to see both the negative and the positives that exist on both sides of the argument.
From the options above, only option B indicates a response that consider both oppositions.
