Answer:

It has made hard for the job analysts since the ADA requires “reasonable accommodations” if needed in order to perform “essential functions” of a job. There are some people with disability that need to be accommodated unless the accommodation would cause undue hardship, they still need to perform the essential functions of the job, but they may need a little bit of help in order to perform those functions.

Because ADA requires employers to make some reasonable accommodations that would enable people with disabilities to do their essential job duties.
In job analyst point if view, This may require the organization to alter the job process to cater for the disabled employees (most likely will make the job less demanding) and make it hard for the job analyst to measure the productivity of all employees fairly.
