35 - 18 = 17
The number 4 can fit into the number 17
4
times. 4 x 4 = 16
Therefore, Abit will only have $1 left over.

Total = $35
After buying the cake,
$35 - $18 = $17
Number of balloons he can buy:
17 รท 4 = 4.25
So, he can buy
4 balloons.
4 ballons = 4x4 = $16
So amount left = $17 - $16 =
$1
