To answer this question you will need to find the total volume of the sandbox. You would do this by multiplying the 0.5 yards x 0.5 yards x 0.4 yards. This would be the length times the width times the height. The answer is 0.1 yd.³. You would then take this part of a cubic yard multiplied by $34.your answer would be $3.40.
